If I thought Psycho was scary, I wasn’t prepared for Night Of The Living Dead. The way the director kept the lighting low and special effects to a minimum really went a long way. Just like Psycho, from the beginning of the movie it was easy to guess that this movie as a horror, just because of the shots and overall appearance. One of the scariest scenes for me was when the main character was shot at the end of the movie, not because it was horrific but because I knew he would die and it was suspenseful. Although I didn’t particularly “enjoy” the way the movie ended I can appreciate the directors efforts to make this as horrific and terrifying as it could be.
